Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 26'C and 28'C for 8 days. Unoaked.

Attractive red cherry color with violet and maroon fringes. Clean and bright with fine and elegant aromas, ripe red fruits and floral notes.

Fresh, tasty, very ample on the palate with well balanced tannins and elegant finish.
